Top Gear Festival with Atomic Gaming

19 June 2012

It was a day of exhilarating rubber burning as Atomic Gaming, KwaZulu-Natal based customers and friends of Atomic enjoyed the Top Gear Festival held at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.

The festival did not disappoint with the Top Gear Street Circuit building up to the big event.  The Street Circuit played host to tons of motoring festivities including a 90-minute track show where there were Supercar grudge matches, presenter supercar races and a two-wheel world record attempt in a minibus taxi!

Not to mention the various manufacturer exhibits and adrenaline charged displays around the Moses Mabhida Stadium precinct.

Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for, The Top Gear Stadium Show!  Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond were up to their old tricks synonymous with the world-renowned television show. There was no shortage of excitement complete with a human bowling ball game, chariot racing, motor bike stunts, fire displays, car soccer and another attempt at a world first: The Deadly 720 a double loop.

Entertainment on tap with the Top Gear team giving another great show!

Durban lived up to its reputation as “the warmest place to be” by providing sterling weather.

“We would like to thank all the customers that came out to spend father’s day with us.  We had great fun and look forward to next year!” said Cliff Lamberton, Managing Director: Atomic Gaming.
